Baseview studies your history and emails you when your first monthly report is ready. After that, a new one arrives every month on its own.
Your books stay yours
- Read-only, always. We can look at your numbers but can never change, add, or delete anything in your books.
- QuickBooks' own login. You connect through Intuit's official secure sign-in. We never see your password.
- Disconnect anytime. One click ends the connection, from our side or from inside QuickBooks.
- Private to you. Your numbers build your report and nothing else. Never sold, never shared.
Before you start
Do I need a credit card?
No. The trial starts with just your email. You'll only be asked for a card if you decide to keep Baseview after 15 days.
What do I need ready?
Just your QuickBooks Online login. The whole setup takes about ten minutes, and most of that is QuickBooks' own sign-in screens.
I don't use QuickBooks Online. Can I still try it?
The monthly report needs QuickBooks Online. If you use something else, start with the Growth Guide instead, or contact us and tell us what you use. It helps us decide what to support next.
What happens when the trial ends?
You'll get a heads-up before it ends. Add a card if you want to keep it. If not, it simply stops. No surprise charges, and you can remove the QuickBooks connection instantly.
